Ultrafiltration 30 kDa mAb TFF Cassette Solutions

The Sartocon^® and Sartocube® Q Hydrosart^® 30 kDa mAb is a cassette, specifically optimized for fast and efficient monoclonal antibody processing. Our cassette designs are self-sealing and feature enlarged feed and retentate ports for gentle product handling. They offer full scalability from development to large-scale manufacturing, thanks to consistent cassette geometry.

Our Hydrosart^® 30kDa mAb membrane is a high-performance, stabilized cellulose-based membrane, optimized for monoclonal antibody processing.

• Extremely hydrophilic, ensuring non-protein binding and virtually non-fouling properties
• Exceptionally cleanable, with high caustic stability, providing a long-life cycle with stable flux and retention performance

The new Sartocon^® Q Hydrosart^® 30 kDa mAb Cassette features the new Q-Screen design for final viscosities between 3-30 cP, combined with an mAb optimized 30 kDa cut off.

• Volume reduction of buffer exchange

This new cassette type was specifically optimized for monoclonal antibody applications but is also suitable for molecules of similar size, as well as e.g. bispecific antibodies.
