CIMmultus® DEAE 4000 mL cGMP Compliant Monolithic Column (6 μm)

CIMmultus^® Monoliths are reusable chromatography devices for scalable high-resolution purification of complex biological samples. Inside the custom designed housing is a single piece stationary phase with homogeneous channel size and surface chemistry. This stationary phase is designed to simplify method transfer from development into production. CIMmultus^® can be used as single-use disposable or multi-use columns, and they are available in various volume ranges – from 1mL for screening and method development purposes up to 40L for industrial manufacturing.

CIMmultus^® DEAE is a high-performance ion exchange column, primarily intended for fast and efficient purification of biomolecules, especially for plasmid DNA, through their ionic interaction with the monolith.

DEAE features:

• Weak anion exchanger
• Working range, pH 2–9
• Binds molecules with a predominantly negative charge, repels molecules with a predominantly positive charge
• Use for capture, intermediate, or polishing steps in either bind-elute or flow-through mode
