CIMmultus® Monoliths are reusable chromatography devices for scalable high-resolution purification of complex biological samples. Inside the custom designed housing is a single piece stationary phase with homogeneous channel size and surface chemistry. This stationary phase is designed to simplify method transfer from development into production. CIMmultus® can be used as single-use disposable or multi-use columns, and they are available in various volume ranges – from 1mL for screening and method development purposes up to 40L for industrial manufacturing.
CIMmultus® DEAE is a high-performance ion exchange column, primarily intended for fast and efficient purification of biomolecules, especially for plasmid DNA, through their ionic interaction with the monolith.
DEAE features:
- Weak anion exchanger
- Working range, pH 2–9
- Binds molecules with a predominantly negative charge, repels molecules with a predominantly positive charge
- Use for capture, intermediate, or polishing steps in either bind-elute or flow-through mode
