Choose your CHO Cell Line Development Service
The purpose of the DNA2Pool service package is to evaluate the expression of your target molecule(s) using our CHO Cell Line Development Service Platform for feasibility and | or manufacturability assessment.
Our standard DNA2Pool approach delivers pool material in 6 weeks* and includes:
- Gene Synthesis: preparation of the sequence and DNA synthesis, followed by sequence confirmation.
- Vector Cloning: cloning of genes into Sartorius’ expression vector, followed by sequence confirmation
- Transfection & Pool Generation: vector transfection, large pool generation, and evaluation of three different construct pools in standard fed-batch cultures.
You have the option to add additional candidates for the same target as needed. We also provide an alternative approach using mini-pools in case you require a pre-defined quality profile for your molecule. Both our large and mini-pool approaches can generate early material for toxicology studies (up to 50 g), ensuring critical quality attributes (CQAs) are comparable to the final clone.
It is important to note that the scope of work described above is not exhaustive. Please request a quote and contact our CHO cell line development experts to discuss how we can design a tailored project to fit your project and | or product requirements.
