The Hipersep® Booster Module is an accessory for the Hipersep® Flowdrive Pilot or Hipersep® Flowdrive Process M Low Flow that boosts inlet pressure to the high-pressure pumps to ensure optimal performance where pressurised tanks or feeds are not appropriate.

  • Configurable to match the number of inlets that need help to maintain a positive inlet pressure​
  • Attaches directly to the system using flexible pipework

Specifications

The Hipersep® Booster Module is designed to provide overpressure to solvents before they enter a HPLC System, as part of the purification of peptides, oligonucleotides, insulin and other molecules from clinical manufacturing to process development. It can be used in place of a pressurized vessel. During the process, the device is controlled via the chromatography software. This booster pump system circulates and pressurizes the solvents to be sent to the HPLC System that have flowrates up to 200 L/h and compatible with high-temperature purification processes (up to 85°C).
