The mFix4 mRNA standard is a 3969 nt long mRNA molecule with a poly-adenylated tail of 95 nt. The molecule is produced by IVT reaction with a DNA template retrieved from recombinant microbial expression (E. coli). Its primary use is System Suitability Testing.
