Sartocon® Slice and Sartocube® Self-Contained Unit (SCU)

Self-Contained Units with Hydrosart® or Polyethersulfone membrane are 0.14 m² to 14 m² pre-sterilized disposable units suitable for use in cGMP environments.

Advantages

  • No CIP with associated water flush and validation required, which leads to cost and time savings in set up and validation efforts
  • High product yield and high sustained flux due to low or virtually non protein binding membrane
  • No use of glues and therefore low extractables
