Sartovent® P Air Filter Cartridges

  • Designed for maximum filtration reliability.
  • Made entirely of polypropylene, approved by food safety laws.
  • Retains particles and microbes reliably.
  • Can be steam-sterilized in place or autoclaved separately.
  • Heat stable and ensures products remain microbe-free.
  • Available in various beverage thread sizes: DN 25, 32, 40.
  • Eliminates the need for stainless steel housings, being an all-in-one plastic unit.
  • Tamper-proof with a convenient label for 100% traceability.
  • Practical design with an integrated splash guard and air inlet and outlet openings for optimum flow geometry.

Sartovent® DG Air Filter Cartridges

  • Used for sterile venting of transport containers, sterile air filtration during fermentation, and sterile filtration of compressed air or gases.
  • Can be autoclaved and steam sterilized, withstanding high differential pressures and flow rates.
  • High hydrophobicity, suitable for up to 50 steaming cycles.
  • Made with PTFE membrane, silicone O-rings, and polypropylene for other parts.
  • Specific operating parameters and flow rates for air at different differential pressures.
  • Can be integrity tested using the Sartocheck® Integrity Test System.
