Vivaflow® SU simplifies tangential flow filtration (TFF) for researchers who value efficiency over complexity. Each pack of two cassettes is supplied with a tubing kit tailored for processing feed volumes up to 0.5 or 1 L, so you can effortlessly concentrate any sample quickly, reliably, and more sustainably.

True Plug and Play

Ready to flow. Pre-defined sets include all the cassettes and tubing kits you need to perform ultrafiltration right out of the box. Thanks to the directional Luer fittings, linking the cassettes to a suitable pump and feed and permeate reservoirs is fast and simple.

Process Any Molecule

Lossless flexibility. Vivaflow® SU introduces an extended range of high-performance polyethersulfone (PES) and Hydrosart® regenerated cellulose (RC) membranes, with molecular weight cut-offs (MWCOs) from 2 to 1,000 kDa and beyond. Ideal for high recovery of proteins, viral vectors, nanoparticles, nucleic acids, and more.

Performance Optimized

Put down the calculator. The unique switchback flow path has been re-designed from the ground up to enhance ultrafiltration and diafiltration performance. This speeds up your process while simplifying scale up from spin filters by eliminating the need for unfamiliar calculations and tedious process optimization.

Maintain Sample Integrity

It’s all in the name. Single-use cassettes constructed from low-extractable materials remove the need for pre-washing and cleaning in place (CIP). This improves lab safety and efficiency, while ensuring that sample contamination and carry-over from previous runs become a thing of the past.

More Circularity, Less Waste

Responsibly made. Vivaflow® SU cassettes contain 30.5% less plastic than the previous generation Vivaflow® 50 and the housing material is certified renewable (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) PLUS program). In addition, the cassette packaging is easy-to-recycle and you receive only the tubing you need, further helping to minimize waste.
