Vivaspin® Turbo centrifugal ultrafilters are disposable units for the rapid concentration and buffer exchange of most macromolecules – including proteins, viruses, nucleic acids and nanoparticles. They feature high flux polyethersulfone (PES) membranes with a broad range of molecular weight cut-offs (MWCO).
Ultimate Speed, Seamless Recovery
Vivaspin® Turbo 4 PES is recommended for concentration or diafiltration of initial sample volumes up to 4 mL. The highly optimized design with twin vertical membranes brings ultrafast speeds to your ultrafiltration processes. Furthermore, the low adsorbing polyethersulfone (PES) membranes and smooth transition between filter and housing ensure maximum target molecule recoveries every time.
