Please note: Ambr® Analysis Module is suitable for use with both cell culture and microbial media. It is not suitable for use with particulates (for example microcarriers will block internal tubing) nor highly viscous cultures or samples (e.g. filamentous microbes). Suitable for use with mammalian fed-batch cell cultures but not high cell density perfusion cultures.

Required for operation of BioPAT® Spectro Raman in Ambr®, but excluded from scope of supply

  • Spectrometer & BioPAT® Spectro Raman optical probe (must be purchased separately from Spectrometer provider e.g. Kaiser or Tornado)
  • SIMCA® license, minimum version 16 (must be purchased separately from Sartorius)
  • Win10 Ambr® control PC (for details please contact your local Sartorius Service team)

Disclaimer

  • BioPAT® Spectro Raman has been tested with CHO cell cultures, but not microbial cultures
  • Microbial applications of BioPAT® Spectro Raman are not supported
