For use in Incucyte® Scratch Wound Assays, the Incucyte® Scratch Wound Analysis Software Module (Cat. No. 9600-0012), sold separately, is required for automated acquisition and analysis of cell migration images.

Execute 2D cellular migration assays with:

  • Incucyte® 96-Well Woundmaker Tool: s a 96-pin mechanical device designed to create homogeneous, 700–800 µm wide wounds in cell monolayers on Incucyte® Imagelock Plates. The device is simple to use, and 96 identical wounds can be created in seconds.
  • Incucyte® Imagelock 96-well Plates (x15): Lidded, flat-bottomed microtitre plates with specially located fiducial markers on the underside of each well. Enables precise registration of time-lapse imaging in Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis System with no image wobble and highly accurate monitoring of cell movement into the wounded zone.
  • Incucyte® Wound Maker Rinse Boat Assemblies: used to wash and clean (alconox sachet) the Incucyte® 96-well Woundmaker Tool of cellular debris in between plates and prior to storage.
