EndoGo™ XF Media

EndoGo™ XF is a novel xeno-free culture medium specially designed for in vitro long-term expansion of large and small vessels endothelial cells from various sources.

EndoGo™ XF does not contain any non-human origin ingredients, e.g., Bovine Brain Extract (BBE). It provides an optimally balanced nutritional environment that selectively promotes in vitro proliferation of normal human endothelial cells while maintaining typical cobblestone-like cell morphology, a phenotypic surface marker profile, and angiogenic differentiation potential (tube formation assay).

EndoGo™ XF supports microvascular endothelial cells (MVEC) from blood and lymph vessels as well as endothelial cells derived from dermal, cardiac, lung, bladder, and adipose tissues. In addition, EndoGo™ XF supports endothelial cells from large vessels, i.e., arteries and veins (e.g., HUVEC).
