Octet AE, Evaporation Cover

The Octet^® AE Microplate Evaporation Cover minimizes sample evaporation during bio-layer interferometry (BLI) assays by using a hydrated absorbent layer to create a saturated vapor layer above the wells, helping maintain a consistent sample concentration. When used with a minimum sample volume of 200 µL in an approved 96-well microplate, it maintains an average of 90% of the sample volume after 16 hours at 25 °C. The single-use cover is compatible with Octet^® R8e, RH16 and RH96 systems. Supplied in a box of 10 for pharmaceutical and biotechnology research use.
