Collagen-coated microcarriers are fabricated from cross-linked polystyrene cores and coated with Type I porcine collagen (gelatin). Their collagen-rich surface provides an excellent extracellular matrix (ECM)-like environment to promote efficient cell attachment, spreading, and growth of anchorage-dependent cells in dynamic culture.

  • Proven performance with Vero, MDCK, and MSC cultures.
  • Supports rapid cell attachment and high-density cell culture.
  • Maintains performance after autoclaving or gamma irradiation.

    • The microcarrier beads are supplied in a bottle and should be autoclaved before use.
