Jumbo Star Sartoclean® SC cartridges are optimized for the filtration of wine and sparkling wine. Retention of particles and reduction of bioburden from liquids are ensured through an improved filter material combination. Jumbo Star Sartoclean® SC combine multible layers of progressively finer glass fibre fleeces and deep filter paper.
Application
Typical applications for Jumbo Star Sartoclean® SC are:
- Last prefiltration run (last cellar filtration)
- Prefiltration upstream of the final membrane filtration before filling
- Clarification step
