The resulting affinity columns provide high purification efficiency and no leaching of the immobilised ligand.
HDZ (hydrazide activated) features:
- For easy preparation of efficient immunoaffinity columns.
- Forms a covalent hydrazide linkage with carbohydrates.
- Especially suited for site-directed immobilization of antibodies and other glycoproteins.
